Clientship

Most of my clients have been individuals looking to lose body fat mass or gain muscle mass. As a result I have developed experience working with individuals with varying fitness goals. Dell, as a Washington DC personal trainer, has spent time working with recreational athletes but I have also worked with individuals with special needs, such as the elderly and people with various heath problems. For example I have helped clients with heart disease, hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, herniated disks, lower back pain, car accident recovery, sports related injuries, prenatal and postnatal training and many other difficulties.

Dell is a personal trainer in the Washington, DC area. His mission is to equip individuals with the knowledge needed to become more physically fit, to motivate them to achieve new and exciting goals, and to challenge them in ways that will make their new level of fitness become more functional in their lives, all so that they can continue with a more healthy and happy lifestyle. 


About Dell
 

Washington DC Personal TrainerDell Jeanty is a Washington DC certified Personal Trainer and who has successfully trained a number of clients for five years. Dell is certified with International Fitness Professional Associations (IFPA). Specialist (NASM-CES). Corrective Exercise Specialist assesses and corrects muscle imbalances, reconditions injuries, prepares body for training, prevents training overload, enhances adaptation, improves the body’s work capacity and improves stabilization strength. Before embarking on a training program, it is imperative to correct any exist muscle imbalances to achieve success. He also has a certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) from the American Red Cross. He is stretch, cardio kickboxing from ISCA and BFIT University, cycling(spinning) intructor from FiTOUR. In addition he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Howard University.
