I appreciate all of the work that Dell has done for me. I started gaining weight while in college, I weighed myself the summer after my sophomore year and I had ballooned up to 235 from 170. Other than being shocked, I was depressed that I had let my weight get so out of control. That first day, my entire body felt like jello…but by the end of the week, I had lost 2% body fat. " I got in contact with Dell in order to train for the FBI physical fitness test. I had already been training for the test by running regularly and doing sit-ups and pushups. However, I was not improving as much as I would have liked. Dell set me up on an eating program to help me gain muscles. He gave me personal training advice on how to improve outside of the gym as well as challenging me in the gym. After two months of working with him not only I am well inside my range for the physical fitness protocols, but also am able to get the maximum points for a couple of the events. I went from doing one pull-up to five and a half pull- ups. My stomach muscles became tighter and I gained more definition (especially around my upper abs and oblique).
