Some people like their personal fitness training to be strictly personal.  There is no need to share with your fitness training session with someoone else. You are not sharing a fitness training slot with someone else.  You are taught how the exercises are done properly when a one-on-one personal fitness session.  Some of us do much better with working with a personal trainer solo, the personal training cost differs.  When you are in group, the instructor attention is divided between 3 to 10 people. The quality of fitness training is very low since there is very little time devoted to you on to form.

There are many advantages for someone to be interested in 1-trainer-to-2-clients fitness training.  You get a drop in fitness training price point and it is more affordable fitness training and you get to train by yourself for the same low price even if/when don't get paired with another fitness training client.   A 1-personal trainer-2-fitness training clients provides a cost-effective way for someone to test the benefits of being trained with a fitness trainer.

Another advantage for someone to be interested in 1- personal trainer-2-fitness clients training is the benefits of working with another person.  They tend to establish relationships and make friends with others. It creates an atmosphere and spirit of friendship among clients.
