Most of my clients have been individuals looking to lose body fat mass or gain muscle mass. As a result I have developed experience working with individuals with varying fitness goals. I have spent time working with recreational athletes but I have also worked with individuals with special needs, such as the elderly and people with various heath problems. For example he has helped clients with heart disease, hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, herniated disks, lower back pain, car accident recovery, sports related injuries, prenatal and postnatal training and many other difficulties. I have trained attorneys or lawyers at law firm fitness centers in the Washington dc area.
My mission is to equip individuals with the knowledge needed to become more physically fit, to motivate them to achieve new and exciting goals, and to challenge them in ways that will make their new level of fitness become more functional in their lives, all so that they can continue with a more healthy and happy lifestyle.
